From first enquiry to return delivery
1. Check before sending
Send the model and symptoms using the short enquiry form. We’ll confirm suitability, the diagnostic scope and charge, and the next available assessment slot.
2. Agree the arrangements
Wait for the delivery address and packing instructions. Agree which accessories to include, delivery costs and your data instructions. Back up important data where possible.
3. Approve the next step
We’ll explain the findings and any proposed repair cost before proceeding. Diagnostics cost £35. This fee is non-refundable and is credited towards your repair bill if you go ahead with the repair. If we cannot repair your device, you pay only the £35 diagnostic fee and we return it to you free of charge. If you decline a repair quote, the diagnostic fee remains payable; we confirm return delivery arrangements before you send your device.
Do not post a swollen or damaged battery. Tell us about liquid damage or battery problems in your enquiry so we can advise on the next step and suitable transport.

Yes—ask about mail-in repair from your UK address. Confirm collection or postage, return delivery cost and any location restrictions before sending.
How long will it take?
The assessment slot, fault and parts availability affect timing. We’ll discuss an estimate for your job; please do not send a device against an unconfirmed deadline.
What happens to my files?
Tell us if the data is important and whether you have a backup. An initial enquiry does not authorise data erasure. Data instructions and the repair agreement are handled before work starts.
Is repair always the best option?
It depends on the fault, age, condition and repair quote. If you would prefer a replacement, tell us your budget and software needs through our refurbished laptop enquiry.
