Refurbished Laptop FAQs
Simple answers before requesting a supplied-to-order laptop.
Do you keep laptops in stock?
Laptops can be sourced to match your budget and use. Ask for current availability; a machine and delivery date are confirmed in your quote.
What brands do you usually recommend?
Business-grade Dell Latitude, HP EliteBook and Lenovo ThinkPad models are often preferred because parts, build quality and long-term repairability are usually better.
Can you set up the laptop for me?
Yes. Setup, Windows updates, basic software, data transfer and business preparation can be added to the laptop request.
Compare the whole laptop, not just the price
A model name or condition grade is only part of the picture. Ask for the details that affect everyday use before you order.
Condition and battery
Ask about visible wear, screen marks and battery health for the actual machine. Cosmetic condition and battery performance are different things; one does not prove the other.
Software and connections
Tell us the software, monitors and accessories you need. Confirm the processor, memory, storage, ports and Windows 11 suitability in your quote.
Total cost and support
Confirm the charger, any setup or data-transfer work, delivery cost, expected availability and the warranty that applies to your purchase.
