How A Batch Works
Start small. A successful repair on one model is confirmed before a full batch is accepted.
1. Send A Stock List
Models, quantities and the lock or message shown on screen. A spreadsheet or a photo of your stock sheet is fine.
2. Route And Batch Price
We confirm which models are supported, whether board-out work is needed, and the per-unit price for your quantity.
3. Test Unit, Then The Batch
Send one unit per model where useful. Once confirmed, ship the batch tracked with the agreed serial list.
4. Returned Unlocked And Tested
Units come back unlocked and powered on into setup, with a job note per serial number and any faults found.

What Is Included
- Send the list first — we reply within 24 hours with supported models and the likely route.
- ThinkPad EC locks, board-out or chip replacement work and serial/MTM restores are quoted per model before acceptance.
- Units that cannot be serviced are identified and returned.
- Return carriage and turnaround agreed per batch.

Is there a minimum batch?
No. Single units and small batches are welcome at the 1–9 unit price; 10+ and 50+ unit prices apply per batch.
Can you collect?
Lincoln-area stock can be collected or handed over by arrangement. Elsewhere in the UK, batches are posted or couriered tracked.
Do you guarantee every unit?
No. Support depends on model, BIOS version and board condition. A test unit per model confirms the route before a full batch.
