GROM TECH LTD collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries, diagnose devices, complete repairs, supply laptops and keep business records.

Information Collected

• Name, email, phone number and address details.
• Device make, model, serial/service tag, fault details and repair notes.
• Photos, useful documents and messages where required for the service.
• Payment, invoice and shipping information.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to answer enquiries, provide quotes, carry out repairs, manage warranties, process payments, return devices, comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or stolen-device work.

Sharing Information

Information may be shared with payment processors, couriers, form providers, accounting tools or suppliers only where needed to provide the service. Customer information is not sold.

Retention

Repair and invoice records may be kept for accounting, warranty and legal purposes. Uploaded photos or documents should be retained only for as long as necessary for the repair, fraud prevention and dispute handling.

Your Rights

Customers may request access, correction or deletion of personal data where legally applicable by emailing info@gromtech.net.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics is switched off until you choose “Accept analytics”. If you accept, we measure page visits and broad actions such as repair enquiries and contact-link clicks. We do not include form contact details, symptoms, attachments or ticket references in our custom analytics events. Advertising signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.

Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to change your choice. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to six months. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the website or sending an enquiry. Google Analytics cookies help recognise visits after you accept; withdrawing consent disables further measurement and removes our Analytics cookies.

During an enquiry, a temporary identifier in session storage lets a retry be recognised without storing your contact details there. Enquiries and attachments are saved for handling your request, separately from optional analytics.
