- Include or identify the charger so the adapter and laptop can be tested together.
- The socket is inspected for movement, damage, liquid marks and board pad condition.
- Connector-only jobs are quoted differently from controller or motherboard-level repairs.
USB-C Charging Faults — UK Mail-in
USB-C charging is more than a socket. Power delivery negotiation and board condition matter, so USB-C faults can be posted in from anywhere in the UK.
